On Sat Sept 12th, members of the art group visited Court Robert Art studio and gallery as well as the sculpture workshop and courtyard.
Alex Brown, resident artist, enthralled with his inspirational ideas about creating artwork, while on show was his latest collection which is about to be exhibited in the Albany Gallery in Cardiff.
Christine Baxter, resident sculptor, captivated her audience with her life journey in sculpting, then changed hats providing delicious home-made cake with coffee or tea. Just to add another dimension to her talents, she’d also made the crockery!
The group was inspired to try out Alex’s ideas for creating more abstract art, so watch out for it when we have our exhibition on November 28th!
