The Trust is the national representative body for u3as in the UK, providing educational and administrative support.

Wales Region
There a Trustee for Wales elected by the region to the Board of the Third Age Trust. One of their tasks is to share good practice and experiences between u3as in the region.
There are also regional networks of u3as which have chosen to work together on areas of common interest and to share information, ideas and skills, and can help new u3as get established within their area.
There are also Wales Local Subject Networks which provide a platform for u3a members to connect and come together around their interests. In Wales, the South Wales and Severnside Geology Group welcomes all u3a members irrespective of their level of knowledge of the subject.
