SHARE YOUR STORY
Gilwern u3a are undertaking a social history project for which we are asking long-term residents of Llanelly Parish to talk to us about their memories of growing up in the area. In this way we hope to create a permanent record via ORAL HISTORY of the memories of the long living residents born within the boundaries of the Parish of Llanelly including Gilwern, Clydach, Maesygwartha & Llanelly Hill. Hopefully we can gather information of social historical interest that will provide an insight of how our local community was, has changed and is changing.
We are able to come to your home or meet at a place of your choice so that we can record these memories. You are welcome to have someone else with you.
